Honoured to join Slovakia's first international yoga festival (ashram.sk), hosted by my dear friend and amazing yoga teacher Terez Greskova. I shared a gentle Qi Gong session to awaken the flow of Qi within. The fest was a powerful and heart-opening moment for many. Season 2 for 2026 ☺️ - let's wait for the announcement.

A welcoming space for all levels, exploring the wisdom of YOGA through meditation, pranayama, and asana, ending with a cacao ceremony and card reading. A deeply healing and connecting day.
